Together we CReATE

Believing that two imaginations are even better than one, CReATE STUDIO is proud to have collaborated with many leading community organizations.   Whether it’s an on-going program, a week long camp, or a one day event, CReATE STUDIO has programs to stimulate young imaginations and build awareness of environmental stewardship through the creative use of recycled materials.

What’s more, CReATE STUDIO can tailor any program to meet your organization’s needs.   When Thousand Oaks Library wanted to provide a way to bring more young families to the library, we created Family Crafternoons.  To help Agoura Hills High School engender more empathy among its students, CReATE STUDIO created a kindness wall for students to share their thoughts and talents with each other. When local recreation districts were looking for unique camp offerings that might appeal especially to young girls, we created an Eco Doll House Making Camp for Agoura Hills and a Fairies and Gnomes Camp for Conejo Recreation and Park District.  For schools looking to increase engagement with a more hands-on STEM program, we developed classes to build conveyor belts, table-top catapults, straw roller coasters and more.   The program possibilities are as endless as the imagination itself.

What our Partners have to say about us

“CReATE STUDIO has been a longtime partner of CMATO and our mission to connect our community to the meaning and the joy of the visual arts. It’s a privilege to collaborate with Jemma to bring art into the lives of people in our region and beyond, and to serve our community through creativity and self-expression.” Roya Alt, Director, California Museum of Art Thousand Oaks — Contemporary Art Museum (CMATO)

“Ms. Jemma from CReATE STUDIO has been sharing her creative talents with us for the past few years.  The children are always so excited to be able to fully express themselves through hands on art projects.  Ms. Jemma provides a wealth of materials and a wide variety of themes such as “Rubber Band Printing,” “Wintery Salt Painting” and “Eco Friendly Art Projects.” The children are encouraged to use their imaginations and it is truly amazing to see how happy the children are when they take home their creations each week.  We love Ms. Jemma and Create Studio!” Lillian Dunwell, Director, The Enriching Hour Preschool

“CReATE STUDIO has been a great supporter of events and programs, and a fantastic local resource when it comes to bringing creativity and smiles to the families of the community. Jemma is always a pleasure to work with!” Taylor Pineda, Community Services coordinator, City of Westlake Village

“Wanted to thank you for making this such a wonderful experience for the kids and the staff. I am so glad I found your web page. I hope to send you more groups in the future.”
Pat Chambers, Director CFCCenter for Children

“Thank you again for a great outing with our girls!  They totally had a blast!  I received several emails from the parents saying how much fun they had! “(referring to a Girl Scout outting to CReATE STUDIO)
 Laura, Girl Scout Leader

“Jemma, thank you so much for hosting our group this morning!  I really appreciate you opening early for us to allow the children to have time to create  together.  Your studio is incredible and the children had so much fun using their imaginations!
Thank you again! I would recommend you to everyone I know with kids!
Take care.
Sincerely,
Tiffany C.”
