So Good…

Hurray, we have our “Glitter, Glue and Sparkle” fashions show flyers and Casas Pacificas “Did You Know” fact sheets are here at the studio. Let’s do something good together!

Get Messy!

We deem Fridays Messy Art Days! Come one, come all and get messy!

Field Trip Fun!

It was so fun to have Brookside Elementary back to the studio. This time the 4th grade came to work on their Native American projects as experts in the areas of  housing, food, instruments and more!

It was hands-on collaborative creating all the way!

We are so excited to host the Glitter, Sparkle and Glue Fashion Show with @glamourpartygirls to benefit Casa Pacifica Centers at CReATE STUDIO on Saturday, March 25th from 2-4pm!

Contact us to participate and be in our show! Boys and girls of all ages welcome.

Happy Birthday!

Making Birthday wishes for Bella.

We like to bring people together for a little doodling fun to take home from our birthday parties

Equality

Today, millions step out for equality for all. I can’t be downtown but I can be here at CReATE STUDIO, the business I created with art accessibility and equality for all. I am a female business owner and  just happen to have an all female staff at the moment. If I have learned anything over the last 8 years in business it’s that we can achieve anything we set our minds to.

Hands on.

This week in our Girls Club Class we put some focus on Social Media and Self as a follow up to our physical self ideas from last week. The girls made Faux Cell Phones and created apps for them the represent activities they can enjoy without being on their phones.

Top choices were baking, singing, dancing, bowling, diy crafting and making homemade ice cream to name a few. Everything was hands-on and had no space for a phone in hand.

It’s about how we feel when we are doing, not how others look.

Project Sewing.

Spent an afternoon with clever Project Sewers. Olivia decided she’d need a water bottle holder when she’s out running. Every bit of her project used to have a different fabric life. Now, revamped, the fabrics and Olivia get to run free with new purpose!
