We’re having fun with Polymer clay this month. It’s on our Try-it cart so come in and explore it’s many ways.
We’ve hear it said that creativity is a verb ( though the dictionary says it’s a noun) and we agree. We’re noticing that Polymer clay is a great way to get your creativity moving and flowing this month at CReATE.

Donna and Logan worked their whole studio session to get this can cat looking just like the one in the photo they used as a guide.

Our last July Maker Camp session starts at 10am this morning.
There are spots left so come join the fun making Magnetic dart boards with LEDs and Light Painting with LEDs!

Angelic cuteness with 5 ingredients; a cork, some tape, some mesh, some yarn and a sharpie.
Make one of your own , we can all use a little angel watching out for us. You can even make one to leave somewhere for someone else- Angel Corks!
Looking forward to our family fun night tomorrow (7/29) from 5-8pm. The theme is Under The Sea so we’ll have seashells and other fun stuff on hand to create with.

Duing a YMCA summer camp visit to the yesterday I caught this sight of a boy sketching out his future. I think he was inspired by the sheet of scarbook paper he grabbed from our printed paper colletction.
Now he has outlined his future in a manner of visual goal setting and he may not even know it yet.
We love to celebrate with groups both big and small. Creativity is the name of the game and fun is the goal!
The memories leave with you and the mess stays with us.
