Weekly WOW!

This little mermaid began with a spark  when Amanda  found the rock. Ah, She had a vision, she  saw a mermaid even when there wasn’t one yet.

Made of lofty tissue paper and a cork & 1/2,  this little mermaid was born. She has no features so that each person who sees her can choose their own emotion for her.

Love that!

Pretend…

If you need an evening pick-me-up just make one.

I would have loved this as a girl when my favorite way to play was in a big box city with faux food and more to make our scene feel real.

Sweet!

Got a big idea?

Come create it with us. We love to see the awesome ideas kids dream up, especially when they have sweet flair. Willy Wonka would have loved this faux treat.

Recycle!

We think all “Please Recycle” messages printed on company bags should carry an additional message like this one from Chipoltle.

Recycling and Reusing are magic indeed…

Inspiration…

The big one inspired the little one and they don’t even know each other.

Do we know how often we inspire others and are inspired by others ourselves? It’s probably uncountable.

Keep inspiring by being you.

TGIF

Looking forward to messy art fun this morning with little ones! See you at 10am for a great time with hands on exploring, making and the general mess we make 🙂

Hurray!

Big Days…

When we say art fun for everyone we mean mean it and more. Last month we had the pleasure of being a D.I.Y. spot for Liz’s wedding decor for her big day.

Liz and our friend Michelle yarn bombed  wine bottle centerpieces, made lovely swaggy banners, pretty little hair clips for bridesmaids and delicate hangers for the bridesmaids dresses.

It was a joy to be a part of creating such meaningful wares.
Do you have special event you want to D.I.Y. Contact us, we’d love to help do it your way for your special day.

Reuse…

This turtle friend is an avid recycler, just note his pasta lid shell.

We think it’s awesome when kids see possibilities in the unseen, unnoticed cast-off items people consider trash. Their creativity is flowing…

It’s Tuesday!

Count on us for this great value throughout the year- Two for One fun every Tuesday 11am to 6pm for drop in customers.

Can’t wait to see you!

Creating at home…

We had a fun idea at our Pinspired Night for something crafty to do at home.

If you have clips or clothes pins laying around, go on a hunt for little trinkets or treasures to glue on one side of them. Then they can can clipped  to paperwork, snack bags, lamp shades or message borards.

We are sure that doing so will jazz up your day. So, make it a crafternoon and get started!
