Have any egg cartons laying around? This egg carton owl is a super cool diy-at-home project that we like to use at the studio all the time.
To make it, grab an egg carton and cut the lid away from the tray then cut it on half. One half becomes the owl body.
Then, cut the tray side of the carton into sections of two across. One set of two tray cups becomes the eyes (you get many more eyes than bodies with each carton)
Then, set the two eyes onto the half lid at the cut end and glue in place.
Now you have an owl!
Lastly, find stuff that’s ok to use or reuse at home to jazz up your owl to your liking.
