We’re so glad they spent some time with us and let their creativity flow through painting, gluing and general mess making fun. Thanks CityMoms

Sharing the love…

Today during Girls Club at CReATE, Cindy Williams covered special relationships and how to nurture them. Mom’s got a special nod with their special day just around the corner. On the topic of nurturing relationahips the girls were so full of giving and love they left love notes for Cindy and I.

Our cups runneth over!

Imagine it!

Los Encinos first graders imagined and made insects that could withstand any weather in any place! They brought blueprints of their design ideas to work from and went to town creating.

Their bugs could do it all because they imagined it. Just another fun day at CReATE!

Happy Monday!

The Material of the Week this week at CReATE is “Mini Plastic Bottlettes!
They’ll make perfect fairy dust holders and more!
(pardon the fuzzy picture : )

Wow!

We are so excited to be included in this AWESOME book, “Fun and Educational Places To Go With Kids And Adults In Southern California” By Susan Peterson.
I used this book as a go-to resource for fun with my kids when they were younger, it’s a fantastic resource and now, such an honor to be included in!

Nice!

Who needs a 3D printer when you have hot glue and a kid with a clever idea to construct 4 sides of the Eiffel Tower from that hot glue!

Why have a machine do what your brain can do more creatively 🙂 Nothing can compare to the hands-on experience of creating something when the human body works in its true collaborative way of thinking with the brain and making with the body.  No machine needed.

Well done Zoe!
