These pics from our Pinspired Night on Friday remind me of the importance of giving to ourselves as morhers and women who give of ourselves to the people we love and our world.
It’s wonderful to have a day were we are celebrated by others but equally important to celebrate ourselves regularly by letting our creativity shine in whatever way it wants to. It doesn’t matter if it’s art or excerside or organization etc. Honoring us helps us honor others.

10am – Messy Toddler Art Fun at 10am
“Feet Painting”. This is sure to be a blast.
$11 per toddler

Open-ended art fun from 11am-6pm.

In conjunction with Cindy Wiliams of Girls Club we’ll be hosting a cool self esteem craft opportunity from 5-7pm at the GNO event put on by The City of Agoura Hills so stop by our table, it’s free !

It’s our Pinspired Night for grown up fun from 7-10. We’ve got 5 great Pinterest Projects to make and take so bring a friend or come solo and create!

Whew, time flies. We’re almost through another week of catching creativity but first, a recap of last week’s instagram posts we’ve shared. We made cardboard faces, got rallied with activity posters, met a funky rock, walked through natures confetti, became quite happening and had halloween fun @createstudio.

Matias (6) made this Halloween preview all by himself. He started with a little black block and turned it into a bat, then he made a pumpkin with a trick-or-treat bag from an egg carton. He drew the backdrop and made the rest of the characters himself, all of them. He was so proud as he created each character, he went around the studio showing the other creators what he’d made. He had impressed himself in his creative process. That right there is the real WOW.

Wow! We’ve hit 100 Hashtag HighlightS recaping the visual essences of our weekly posts to instagram!
What a perfect week to hit this mark as we recap Earth Week and tHe community goodness that accompanied it. Humankindness was a theme that seemed to sprinkle into the actions, visuals and ideas we captured @createstudio last week on the gram.
We made a cool reuse connection with a new to us elementary campus, saw signs of environmental mindfulness, offered bio sandwich bags, asked friends to visit, connected with our spanish community, supported awareness about our foster care system and made efforts to lessen our carbon footprint with walk two work style. There is so much good if we look for it!
